Event Planning and Coordinating:

We can plan and execute your event, small or large, relieving you of all the stress involved. Social occasions - Showers, parties, weddings, reunions, banquets, you name it. You may need help in planning and executing events for your business - your corporate luncheons, a promotion as part of your marketing plan, a fund raiser, a concert.

We work on a project basis and our consulting fees are dependent on the size of the project and how many man hours will be involved to achieve objective(s). We work as an independent contractor.

For all social events we offer one free hour for consultation and planning. Our staff is available to help you execute for a fee.

For weddings, we have a special wedding day coordination package that is very popular You don’t need the stress on your special day, the coordinator is in charge, works with the schedule to make sure that everyone and everything is on time and there are no hang-ups or any hassles. Bride and groom are able to enjoy their special day without any worry.
