CSBR CARIBBEAN CATERING

As the name implies, we provide food and drink that are indigenous to the Caribbean islands - Jamaica, Trinidad & Tobago, Guyana, Haiti, Barbados and the many other islands that are surrounded by the Caribbean Sea. We use the foods and the spices and techniques to make delicious dishes that are enjoyed in the islands and cannot be duplicated if you are not schooled in the methods. This exotic food fare can be offered as the main menu for your event or these dishes can be incorporated in an existing menu to add style and distinction for any occasion.

We provide Catering services for every occasion – whether formal or informal, small or large events, plated and buffet. Our menu lists some Caribbean favorites and we are always able to supply special dishes at your request. We also have a list with our spectacular cakes including our famous Jamaican Black Cake and would be happy to make an appointment for you with our Pastry Chef for an indepth discussion.

Our Aim is to offer moderate prices without sacrificing good taste, freshness, and presentation. “We first eat with our eyes…” and CSBR Caribbean Catering pays attention and makes extra effort to create great presentation for our customers.
