We partner with experienced Executive Chefs who are trained in culinary arts, with years of experience and who currently own and manage their own businesses. Our Chefs and food vendors are from the Caribbean and are most familiar with the authentic foods, spices and cooking methods that make great and unique Caribbean meals.

Other experienced professionals include trained wedding planners, and event planners who have had experience in planning and executing all types of events.

Together, the professionals in our group have combined experience that spans 40 years. We have the know-how that will produce an event that is memorable, distinctive and pleasing for you and your guests.
